Heavy duty big bag filler capable of producing up to *5 bags/hour.  Our bulk bag filler is capable of handling a variety of free flowing and semi-free flowing products such as powders, pellets, flakes, chunks, granules and other large particles. Feeding styles include screw, vibrating tray, belt and free flow.  Our bulk bag fillers can handle bags weighing from **0kg to ***0 kg.  The different types of machines are outlined in the operating principles section.

Operating Principles 



DCS-TWZK Vibrator Feeder 



The DCS-TWZD bulk bag filler incorporates an electromagnetic vibrating feeding mechanism to ensure constant and consistent flow of product. The operator puts the opening of the bulk bag on the discharging spout, hangs the loops onto the clamping device and starts the machine.  The feeding speed is adjusted by the vibrating feeder, from fast fill to slow fill as the bag is filled. When the bag weight reaches the preset value the vibrating feeder stops. The bag loops automatically loosen. The bag will then be moved via forklift or belt/roller conveyor.  The bulk bagger can be fitted with a vibrating bag platform. This will make the filling materials more compact and increase the capacity of the bag. 



DCS-TWJL Screw Feeder 



The DCS-TWJL series employ an auger feeder to ensure high precision and accuracy. The operator puts the opening of the filling bag on the discharging spout, hangs the loops onto the clamping device and then starts the packing machine. The clamp will automatically activate. Product enters into packing machine's buffer hopper, then processed through a VFD (variable frequency drive) controlled variable speed auger. The auger sends the product into the weighing hopper. The scale measures the weight of the product and shuts off the auger once the target weight is reached. The flow of product changes from fast to slow as bag is filled, with dribble fill at the end. The control system loosens the bag and clamps. The filled bag can then be moved by forklift or belt/roller conveyor. The bulk bagger can be fitted with a vibrating bag platform. This will make the filling materials more compact and increase the capacity of the bag. The machine is ready for the next weighing cycle.  



DCS-TWPD Belt Feeder 



Operator puts the opening of the bulk bag on the discharging spout, hangs the loops onto the clamping device and starts the machine. Product enters into packing machine's buffer hopper, then processed through a VFD (variable frequency drive) controlled variable speed belt. The belt sends the product into the weighing hopper. A scale measures the weight of the product and shuts off the belt once the target weight is reached. The flow of product changes from fast to slow as bag is filled, with dribble fill at the end. The filled bag is ready to be removed. The bulk bagger can be fitted with a vibrating bag platform. This will make the filling materials more compact and increase the capacity of the bag. The machine is ready for the next weighing cycle.  



DCS-TWZL Free Flow 



Operator puts the opening of the bulk bag on the discharging spout, hangs the loops onto the clamping device and starts the machine. Product enters into packing machine's weighing hopper, the quantity of flowing is controlled by an arc gate. A scale measures the weight of the product as it moves through the weighing hopper and shuts off the arc gate once target weight is reached. The flow of product changes from fast to slow as bag is filled, with dribble fill at the end. The bag loops automatically loosen. The bag will then be moved via forklift or belt/roller conveyor. The bulk bagger can be fitted with a vibrating bag platform. This will make the filling materials more compact and increase the capacity of the bag. The machine is ready for the next weighing cycle.
